Assistance with ServiceNow
Authorized NFC Contact Center customers may utilize ServiceNow to submit inquiries for Payroll/Personnel System, Employee Personal Page (EPP), TIPS, EmpowHR, webTA, Star Web, CULPRPT, RFQS, ABCO/CLAIMS, FEHB, International Organization, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), and Insight issues. ServiceNow allows NFC customers to submit incidents 24x7 except during scheduled maintenance and assigns an incident number upon submission that will follow the issue until resolution.
Requests for security access are submitted by Agency Security Officers via ServiceNow through the ServiceNow Login (eAuth) or the ServiceNow Login (non-eAuth). Requests that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive information in the attachment are now automatically encrypted. The file can be unencrypted by the NFC function area only. All other NFC users who are not in the functional area cannot see the attachment. There is no need to encrypt prior to attaching.
