Assistance with EPP

Authorized Agency Servicing Personnel Officers SPOs can contact the NFC Contact Center or via the Remedy Requester Console on behalf of one of their employees who is experiencing problems with obtaining an emailed EPP password or entering an email address for an employee whose EPP account does not include a government email address.

Note: SPOs are limited to resetting only 5 EPP passwords on any one phone call.

ONLY Payroll/Personnel and EmpowHR authorized Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) representatives listed in TMGT Table 063, Contact Type 01, 06, and 11, are authorized to contact the NFC Contact Center about EPP.

Employees who work for an agency that does not issue a government email address will contact their agency Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) for assistance accessing EPP.

Note: If an employee contacts the NCC and does not have a PPS work email address, or is an employee of an agency that does not issue a work email address, they will be directed to contact their SPO for EPP assistance.
