Debt Management Work Group Presentations
The Debt Management Work Group has been established to keep NFC’s customers abreast of important information and changes within the Debt Management Services Branch. This group provides a forum for NFC’s customers to submit topics related to debt management processes in which they would like to be provided with more insight.
NFC highly encourages customers to submit topics of discussion via a request in the ServiceNow Customer Service Portal (CSP). Indicate in the request in the description field; Debt Management Work Group Inquiry. To be added to the Work Group distribution list, please submit a ServiceNow request and in the Description Field of the request indicate; Debt Management Work Group POC.
Sessions for the Debt Management Work Group will be held each quarter. The presentation and agenda will be sent out prior to each meeting to the Work Group point of contacts.
