Production Verification (PPS ONLY) - 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project 76401: January 20, 2025; This notice is to inform all Payroll/Personnel System (PPS) customers that the National Finance Center (NFC) has completed production Personnel Input and Edit System (PINE) Pass 01 for Pay Period (PP) 01, 2025. A separate notification will be sent to EmpowHR customers upon completion of EmpowHR imports. Barring any unforeseen processing issues, we expect to have the EmpowHR application up and running for Agency verification on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Production Verification (EMPOWHR ONLY) - 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project 76401: January 20, 2025; This notice is to inform all EmpowHR customers that the National Finance Center (NFC) has completed the production Personnel Input and Edit System (PINE) Pass 01 for Pay Period (PP) 01, 2025, and the EmpowHR imports. EmpowHR documents with PP01, 2025 effective dates will process on Wednesday evening with the second pass of PINE.

IMPORTANT REMINDER (Upcoming PRODUCTION Run) - 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project 76401: January 17, 2025; This notice is to remind all customers of the following information: The National Finance Center (NFC) will execute the production Personnel Input and Edit System (PINE) Pass 01 job for Pay Period 01, 2025, the evening of Sunday, January 19, 2025.

TESTING UPDATE (TEST PINE and TEST PAYE Verification) - 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project 76401: January 16, 2025; The National Finance Center (NFC) has created the Nature of Action 894 (Pay Adjustment) personnel action for the 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project. The documents were brought into a test Personnel Input and Edit System (PINE) Pass 01 job for Pay Period (PP) 01, 2025, and were applied to the IDMS61-DICT02 database. Please be reminded that those documents will not appear under any of the Agency’s normal user identifications on suspense reports.

Table Management (TMGT) and EmpowHR Table Verification - 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project 76401: January 15, 2025; The National Finance Center (NFC) is preparing for the generation of personnel actions for the 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project. NFC has finished updating all related pay tables, and Agencies that submitted table updates can begin verifying TMGT entries on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 8:00 a.m., central standard time (CST) to 4:00 p.m. CST.

Update - Executive Order Status - 2025 Annual Pay Raise (#76401): December 30, 2024; As previously reported to you, the President issued an Executive Order dated December 23, 2024, finalizing the 2025 Federal pay raise. Therefore, the National Finance Center has begun pay raise processing activities for the 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project as scheduled. The Executive Order Number is 14132.

Executive Order Status - 2025 Annual Pay Raise (#76401): December 27, 2024; The President has issued an Executive Order dated December 23, 2024, finalizing the 2025 Federal pay raise. Therefore, the National Finance Center will proceed with the 2025 Annual Pay Raise Project as scheduled. However, the Executive Order number is not available yet. As soon as it is published, we will provide that information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - 2025 Annual Pay Raise (#76401): December 3, 2024; The National Finance Center (NFC) is currently awaiting an Executive Order signed by the President to move forward with Project 76401, 2025 Annual Pay Raise. However, we must begin preparation activities to ensure a successful implementation in Pay Period (PP) 01, 2025, if authorized.

2025 Annual Pay Raise Kickoff Package: November 18, 2024; The 2025 Annual Pay Raise is quickly approaching, and it is time to start our coordinated efforts. The National Finance Center (NFC) has not received official notification from the Office of Personnel Management regarding a January 2025 pay increase for Federal employees, but we must be prepared to begin work on short notice.

2025 Annual Pay Raise Project (#76401): October 15, 2024; The 2025 Annual Pay Raise is quickly approaching, and it is time to start our coordinated efforts. The National Finance Center (NFC) has not received official notification from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regarding a January 2025 pay increase for Federal employees, but we must be prepared to begin work on short notice. This process has been assigned NFC Project Number 76401 for tracking purposes.
