Vendor Customer Maintenance
The Vendor Customer Maintenance section (VCM) of the Master Data Management Branch is responsible for maintaining the vendor and customer records in Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI).
All agencies should use System for Award Management (SAM) vendors first. Please visit SAM.gov for any SAM registration issues. If the vendor is not required to register in SAM, FMMI PVND is available. For questions, please contact VCM at 1-800-421-03213 Option #3.
