In this video we will cover how to process a reinstatement for an employee. An enrollee may need to be reinstated for a couple of different reasons. A few scenarios would be if the employee returns from military service or if there was a cancellation or disenrollment processed by mistake. To process a reinstatement, the Tribal employer will need to use the SF 2810 form.
