Take a First Look at the Redesigned DPRW: October 23, 2026; Previously we announced the upcoming redesign of the Direct Premium Remittance System-Web (DPRW) application and shared information about the enhancements planned for the new system. To help customers become familiar with the redesign, we have created a short introductory video that provides a quick overview of the updated DPRW experience.

USDA Begins Modernization of the National Finance Center: October 20, 2026; WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Agriculture has received the largest Technology Modernization Fund (TMF) investment in fiscal year 2026 to fund the modernization of the National Finance Center’s (NFC) aging payroll system — a backbone service that distributes paychecks for roughly 605,000 federal employees across government.

PAYE Processing Schedule for Pay Period 20, 2026: October 15, 2026; The 1st PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The 2nd PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Friday, October 23, 2026.

NFC System Maintenance: October 15, 2026; The NFC will conduct system maintenance on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. until 10:45 p.m.

Columbus Day Holiday: October 5, 2026; In observance of the Columbus Day holiday, our offices will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2026, including the National Finance Center (NFC) Contact Center. All NFC applications will remain available during the holiday, and payroll/personnel processing will continue as normally scheduled.

PAYE Processing Schedule for Pay Period 19, 2026: October 2, 2026; The 1st PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The 2nd PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Friday, October 9, 2026.

NFC System Maintenance: September 30, 2026; The NFC will conduct system maintenance on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:45 p.m.

USDA DISC Data Center Migration Complete – All Applications Available: September 29, 2026; This notice announces final completion of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC) migration to the cloud environment. All NFC applications are available and operating within the cloud.
