PAYE Processing Schedule for Pay Period 05, 2026: March 19, 2026; The 1st PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The 2nd PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Friday, March 27, 2026.

NFC System Maintenance: March 18, 2026; The NFC will conduct system maintenance beginning Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:45 p.m.

NFC System Maintenance (Updated Schedule): March 6, 2026; The NFC will conduct system maintenance beginning Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. until 10:45 p.m.

Washington’s Birthday Holiday: February 4, 2026; In observance of Washington’s Birthday, the National Finance Center’s (NFC) offices, including the NFC Contact Center (NCC), will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. All NFC applications will remain available during the holiday, and payroll/personnel processing will continue as scheduled.

NFC System Maintenance: January 21, 2026; The NFC will conduct system maintenance beginning Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:45 p.m.

Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday: January 7, 2026; In observance of the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr., our offices will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, including the National Finance Center (NFC) Contact Center. All NFC applications will remain available during the holiday and payroll/personnel processing will continue as normally scheduled.
