PAYE Processing Schedule for Pay Period 01, 2026: January 22, 2026; The 1st PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The 2nd PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Friday, January 30, 2026.

NFC System Maintenance: January 21, 2026; The NFC will conduct system maintenance beginning Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:45 p.m.

PAYE Processing Schedule for Pay Period 26, 2026: January 8, 2026; The 1st PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Thursday, January 15, 2026. The 2nd PAYE pass for databases 05, 06, 07 and 08 will run on Friday, January 16, 2026.

Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday: January 7, 2026; In observance of the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr., our offices will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, including the National Finance Center (NFC) Contact Center. All NFC applications will remain available during the holiday and payroll/personnel processing will continue as normally scheduled.

NFC System Maintenance: January 7, 2026; The NFC will conduct system maintenance beginning Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. through Sunday, January 11, 2026, 11:45 p.m.

NFC System Maintenance: December 23, 2025; The NFC will conduct system maintenance beginning Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:45 p.m.

New Years Day Holiday: December 23, 2025; In observance of the New Year’s Day Holiday, the National Finance Center (NFC), including the NFC Contact Center, will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026. All NFC applications will remain available during the holiday and payroll/personnel processing will continue as normally scheduled.

All NFC applications will remain available during the holiday, and payroll/personnel processing will continue as normally scheduled.
