Summary

A new report, Payroll Listing Report, has been added to Insight. This report displays the Payroll/Personnel Inquiry System (PINQ), Program PQ032, Payroll Listing.

Implementation

The Payroll Listing Report has been added to Insight.

In addition to the PINQ Program PQ032 data elements, the following data elements are included:

Receipt Acct Type Code
Receipt Acct Type Descr
Transaction Code Rate
Transaction Code Total Gross

The following data elements are not included:

Bond
Advance
Pers-Tax-Exempt-Cd
Private-Tax-Cd

To Access the Payroll Listing Report:

Log on to Insight
Select Catalog.
Select Shared Folders.
Select Public (Share Your Reports !).
Select .FYI Area.
Select Payroll Listing.

Note: Current Insight users with access to Payroll Accounting System (PACS) data will automatically have access to this report. No additional access request is necessary.

To access this information, select HR and Payroll Clients from the My NFC drop-down menu on the NFC homepage. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Client Services tab and select the Insight: Reporting and Analytics under HR/Payroll Initiatives.
