REPT 22-01, 2022 Affordable Care Act (ACA) Changes

The National Finance Center (NFC) has modified the Reporting Center (RPCT) and the Employee Personal Page (EPP) to accommodate changes to the verbiage on Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, for the 2021 1095-Cs. This new 1095-C will be displayed as a Section 508-compliant, Portable Document Format (PDF) on both RPCT and EPP.

Modified RPCT to accommodate changes to the verbiage on IRS Form 1095-C.


The Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage report includes information about the health insurance coverage offered by an employer. Running this report allows personnel offices to print a 1095-C for a selected year. The report is located under the Financial Reports menu in the Reporting Center.


The procedure manuals for these applications, which are available online at the National Finance Center (NFC) Web site, are being updated to include the information in this bulletin. To view and/or print these procedures, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC Home page. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Publications tab, select System Documentation from the Publications Library section, and then select the applicable system/application page to access the procedure manuals.
