Effective Monday, June 29, 2015, Insight will be compatible with Internet Explorer version 11 (IE11).
Instructions for turning off the Compatibility Mode are provided in Attachment: Turning Off Compatibility Mode to Use Internet Explorer (IE) 11 with Insight attached to this bulletin.
For questions about NFC processing, authorized Servicing Personnel Office representatives should contact the NFC Contact Center at 1-855-NFC-4GOV (1-855-632-4468) or via the Internet using the Requester Console.
