For issues with logging in to EPP after attempting to use the EPP Self Service tools:
If you have a government email address, you may call the NFC Contact Center at 1-855-632-4468 between the hours of 6:30am to 5:00pm Central time, Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays.
If you do not have a government email address, you should contact your Agency SPO who will contact the National Finance Center on your behalf to reset your EPP account and provide the NFC Contact Center with a valid personal email address for you.
