NFC Coronavirus Updates
As the coronavirus situation evolves worldwide, we are working hard to ensure that NFC continues to serve our customers. There is now documented community spread of the COVID-19 infection in the greater New Orleans area. Therefore, consistent with White House and U.S. Department of Agriculture guidance – NFC has implemented maximum telework flexibilities for its employees to adhere to social distancing.
NFC wants to assure our customer Agencies that our operational status is currently at a normal state. If the impact of the COVID-19 virus in the New Orleans area gets progressively worse, we will keep you informed of any changes to our business operations.
We hope everyone stays safe and healthy during this difficult time, and our commitment is to continue working in partnership with our customer Agencies as we weather this challenging situation together.
Authorized Agency representatives with questions concerning this notification should contact NFC’s Contact Center at 1-855-632-4468 or via the ServiceNow Customer Service Portal (CSP).
