INQUIRY 17-03, Modifying Form AD-334, Statement of Earnings and Leave

Summary

The National Finance Center (NFC) implemented additional modifications to Form AD-334, Statement of Earnings and Leave, to include populating the Accrued and Used fields for specific leave categories and the addition of other leave categories. Outlined below are the changes to the Employee Personal Page (EPP) application in the Research and Inquiry (INQUIRY) category. These changes also impact the Reporting Center (RPCT) in the Reporting (REPT) category and the printed/mailed Statement of Earnings and Leave. Information on the changes to RPCT can be accessed in the Resources section of this bulletin.
