INQUIRY 17-02, Expanded Reporting Options on Standard Form 256, Self Identification of Disability

Summary

Additional options are being added for the purpose of recording disability data reported from Standard Form (SF) 256, Self Identification of Disability. These new options will be available when selecting a disability on the Employee Personal Page (EPP) or when viewing disability codes in either the Information/Research Inquiry System (IRIS) or the Table Management System (TMGT). This change also impacts the Reporting (REPT) and HR and Payroll Processing (HRPAY) categories. Information on those changes can be accessed in the Resources section of this bulletin.

Modify the information displayed on the Physical Disability Code field to include the additional options.

TMGT

Modify TMGT Table 025, AD-350 (Personnel Block and Description), AD-350-BLK-Number 012, Physical Disability Code, to include the new options.
