INQUIRY 16-07, Debt Management Enhancements to the Employee Personnel Page (EPP)

Summary

A new Debt Management page will be added to the Employee Personnel Page (EPP). The new page will reflect outstanding commercial salary overpayments and/or Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) debts. Only employees with debts will be able to view the Debt Summary Statement.

Add a new Debt Management page.

Implementation

The new Debt Management page will allow users to view their open receivables and/or receipt account debts within EPP.

To View the Summary Statement:

  1. Select the Debt Management link located beneath the Personal Info menu on the EPP home page. The Debt Summary Statement will be displayed with a list of debts.
  2. Click the View Details icon for the applicable bill number and type to view the specific details. The Debt Details page will be displayed with additional information about the debt. This is a view only page.

Resources

To view and/or print this procedure, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC homepage.
