Effective Pay Period 06, 2015, the National Finance Center (NFC) will implement an Employee Debt Summary page within the Employee Personal Page (EPP) for Administrative Billings and Collections (ABCO) receivables and some commercial (third party) receivables for employees in pay, non-pay, or separated status.

The new Employee Debt Summary page can be accessed from the Debt Management option under the Personal Info menu in EPP. The Employee Debt Summary page will give users a snapshot view of their debt and collection history for open receivable and receipt account debts, displaying the following information:

Detailed information about the debt is viewable after selecting the link below the bill number and type.

The Debt Management menu option will only be activated if an employee has an existing debt.

Note: Separated employees can only log into EPP for 90 days after the date of separation.

For questions about NFC processing, authorized Servicing Personnel Office representatives should contact the NFC Contact Center at 1-855-NFC-4GOV (1-855-632-4468) or via the Internet using the Requester Console.
