REPT 18-03, Modifications to Administrative Billings and Collections (ABCO) Forms in the Reporting Center

On November 20, 2017, Administrative Billings and Collections (ABCO) Forms were added to the Reporting Center (RPCT). Modifications have been made to the search function to make it easier to select criteria to run these reports. No other changes have been made to the forms or within the format of the reports.
Reporting Center (RPCT)
Modifications have been made to the order in which fields are displayed and data is entered on the ABCO Forms reports in RPCT.
The ABCO Forms reports page, which allows the user to select the applicable criteria to run a report, has been modified to require the user to first select a Bill Date before entering an Agency/Personnel Office Identifier (POI) or a Debtor Name.

The procedure manual for this application, which is available online at the National Finance Center (NFC) Web site, is being updated to include the information in this bulletin. To view and/or print this procedure, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC homepage. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Publications tab and select the applicable category to access the procedure manual within the category.
