Summary

A new folder, Information Center, has been added to the Shared Folders menu. The new Information Center folder will provide Insight users with an additional option to access common reports under the Shared Folders menu.

A new folder, Information Center, under the Shared Folders menu has been created to provide users with an additional option to access common reports.

Implementation

The Information Center folder will provide users with an additional option to access common reports.

To locate the Information Center folder:

  1. On the Application Launchpad, select the Insight icon.
  2. Sign In to the Insight Enterprise Reporting application.
  3. On the top navigation bar, select Catalog.
  4. Select Shared Folders to display the Information Center folder.
  5. Select the Information Center folder.

    A list of dashboards will be displayed in the report pane.

  6. Select the Open action link for the desired dashboard.

    The following Informational Tabs are listed:

    • Home
    • Overview
    • Workforce Profile
    • Personnel History
    • Payroll Accounting (PACS)
    • Position Management (PMSO)
    • Admin Billings and Collections (ABCO)

    Information Center Tabs and Listing Options

    The following Listing options are included in the Informational Tabs:

    • Home - Alpha Listing(A-Z) options.

    Information Center Alpha Listing

    • The Home - Category Listing options will include the following:
      • Administrative Billings and Collections
      • Benefits
      • Compensation
      • Dashboards
      • Incentives
      • Labor Relations
      • Non-Pay
      • Personnel Actions
      • PMSO

    Information Center Category Listing

    • The Home - Subject Area Listing options will include the following:
      • Executive Overview
      • Administrative Billings and Collections
      • Payroll Accounting
      • Workforce Profile
      • Personnel History

    The remaining Informational Tabs will allow users to select reports in each of the specific tab.

  7. For the applicable tab, select a report and an organization and then select Apply to display the report.

To view and/or print this information, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC homepage. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select Insight: Reporting and Analytics from the HR/Payroll Initiatives.
