33543	Community-Wide	Modify System for Nature of Action Code (NOAC) 312, Resignation, to Generate an SF 2810, Notice of Change in Health Benefits Enrollment	Modifications have been made to the NFC Mainframe, that upon receipt of the NOAC 312, the system will generate an SF 2810 to provide to the carrier to terminate the deduction of health insurance premiums for the employee.
37458	Community-Wide	Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Auto Enrollment Increase from 3 to 5 percent	Modifications have been made to the NFC Mainframe to allow the automatic enrollment percentage of 5 percent on new or rehired employees, hired on or after October 1, 2020.
39069	Community-Wide	Add a Popup when Address Changes are Made in NFC's Front-end Systems (Web-based Entry, Processing, Inquiry, and Correction System (EPIC Web) and EmpowHR)	Modifications have been made to EPIC Web and EmpowHR to display a system message upon the entry of Payroll Action 349, Address Document. For EmpowHR, the message is displayed on the page. For EPIC Web, a popup appears with the message, and an OK button must be selected to continue. The message for both systems will state, "Please notify the employee of their responsibility to contact the FEHB/BENEFEDS carriers of their new address. If the employee has BENEFEDS (FEDVIP, FSAFEDS, FLTCIP), contact BENEFEDS directly."
40480	Community-Wide	New Adjustment Processing (ADJP), 1902A Edit Action Report - Error Code 069	Modifications have been made to NFC's Mainframe to generate a new report from the ADJP 1902, Edit Action Report. The new report will consist of Social Security numbers (SSN) with error code 069, Computed or Gross/Base Pay Not Equal Original or Gross/Base Pay, that cannot be reconciled from the report ADJP 9005, Adjustment Processing Discrepancy Listing for Records Other Than Lump Sum Comp-Time. Additionally, a new Insight landing page has been created to allow the user to select pertinent information based on their security level.

TC 62, Sick Leave, with the following new prefixes: 70 - Biological Birth 71 - Placement for Adoption 72 - Placement for Foster Care webTA 3.8, webTA 4.2, and webTA 5.0 - Added three new prefixes to be used in conjunction with TC 62: 70 - Biological Birth 71 - Placement for Adoption 72 - Placement for Foster Care Paycheck8 - Added three new prefixes to be used in conjunction with TC 62: 70 - Biological Birth 71 - Placement for Adoption 72 - Placement for Foster Care Time Inquiry-Leave Update System (TINQ) - Added Paid Parental Leave Balance to allow addition and subtraction of hours used. Bi-Weekly Examination Analysis and Reporting System (BEAR) 18 download - Added the two new data fields at the end of the file. Insight - Modified tables to accept data for the fields used for Paid Parental Leave data. System for Time and Attendance Reporting (STAR) (Web-based version) - Added three new prefixes to be used in conjunction with TC 62: 70 - Biological Birth 71 - Placement for Adoption 72 - Placement for Foster Care Note: Employees coded as Federal Wage System will be able to select the applicable shift.
44190	Agency Specific Department of Justice (DOJ)	DOJ Allow Occupation Series 0680 to Utilize Federal Prison (FP) System's GP (Physician and Dentist Pay) Pay Plan	Modifications have been made to Position Management System Online (PMSO) to allow all Agency FP employees in pay plans GP, GS (General Schedule), and GL (Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs)), to use any pay table code in PMSO, regardless of duty station.
