Modifications will be made to the Job Code Language (JCL) to provide data for FEMA via SFTP. Payroll data will include files for Leave Data, Compensatory Leave Data, Timeoff Award Data, Above Earnings Data, and PAYTA Data. Modifications will be made to Table Management (TMGT) Table 018 (Occupational Series), TMGT Table 056 (Transaction Code Data), and TMGT Table 062 (NOA Codes and Descriptions).

Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

TSA No Locality for Transportation Security Administration Executive Service (TSAES) Employees Within Non-foreign Areas

Modifications will be made to Personnel Input and Edit System (PINE) to exclude locality pay from the adjusted salary calculation for TSA Senior Executive Service (SES) employees in Pay Plan SW, who were assigned to a non-foreign area on or after an effective date of January 3, 2010. PINE will also be modified to not store the locality code of 444444 for any employee assigned to one of the non-foreign areas after January 3, 2010. Additionally, EmpowHR will be modified to not calculate locality pay from the adjusted salary for TSA SES employees with Pay Plan SW and Special Employment Program Code WL who were assigned to a non-foreign area on or after an effective date of January 3, 2010.

Modifications will be made to add documents from the eOPF data feed to Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for CNCS. The following documents will be added to the data feed: SF 2809, Health Benefits Election Form, SF 2810, Notice of Change in Health Benefits Enrollment, TSP-1, Thrift Savings Plan Election Form, and TSP-1-C, Thrift Savings Plan Catch-up Contribution Election.

Add Two Data Elements to Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) Report

Modifications will be made to Position Management System Online (PMSO). A new Security Clearance field will be stored on the database in Block 3, on the Individual Position (IP) record only. Position Sensitivity Code will be updated on the IP to allow seven values (1 through 7) based on the recent updates to OPM's Online Guide to Data Standards. Modifications will also be made to Front-End System Interface (FESI) to include a new field for the security clearance code in position 242, thus, reducing the filler by one position (243 - 500).

Modifications will be made to the Web-based Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS Web) to allow Department LL, Agency CP the use of Transaction Code (TC) 21, Prefix 96, Max Out For Overtime Protection, and Type of Payment, USCP Max Out For Premium Pay, via Miscellaneous Payments. Additionally, a new SPPS report and USCP Transactions Processed Report, will be created and added to the drop-down menu.
