System modifications will be made to the existing Mainframe TIAA remittance file to add Record Type 23, Overtime Travel Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Participant Dates, to replace Record Type 03, Liquidated Damages/Interest on Back Pay), and add Record Type 55, Student Loan Benefit/EABP Taxable Compensation to the existing file. In addition, the official Thursday pay day date for the Payroll Date will be populated in Record Types 33, Overtime Call Back No Work On Sunday, and 55.

Modify Annual Compensation Limit for FDIC Savings Participants

System modifications will be made to Mainframe systems for FDIC employees whose Entered on Duty (EOD) date is 12/31/94 and before, to terminate FDIC Savings Plan Contributions (plan codes 04, 08, 13, and 92) and Agency match when their year-to-date (YTD) Thrift Earnings reach $405,000. This limit is subject to change each year. Additionally, system modifications will be made for FDIC employees whose EOD is 01/01/95 and later to terminate FDIC Savings Plan Contributions (plan codes 04, 08, 13, and 92) and Agency match when their Thrift Savings YTD-Thrift-Earnings reach $275,000.

OCC New Edit for OCC Parking, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) PB Plan Code

System modifications will be made to Mainframe systems for OCC to implement an edit for the Parking FSA plans. The edit will stop an employee currently enrolled in the Parking Plan Code PB from enrolling in the Parking Plan Code PK at the same time. Additionally, if an employee attempts to enroll in Parking Plan PK while already active in parking plan PB, they will receive an error message: DUPLICATE FLEXFUND PLAN CODE AND OPTION CODE.
