Denver Occupational Privilege Tax (OPT) City Percent Edit

A new Personnel Input and Edit System (PINE) edit message, City tax percent must be spaces for Denver OPT, is being added to prevent the entry of a percentage on a City Tax document in accordance with Denver OPT. A new edit is also being added in the Web-based Entry, Processing, Inquiry, and Correction System (EPIC Web) to City Tax documents to prevent an entry in the Percent of annual compensation for services performed outside of city field for State Code 08 Colorado and City 0600 Denver.

Phase 2 Wounded Warriors Federal Leave Act

System modifications will be made to incorporate changes for the Wounded Warrior project to add remarks for Disabled Veteran Leave to the SF 1150, Record of Leave Data, in EmpowHR; EPIC Web; and the Front-End System Interface (FESI). Additionally, a new data option will be added on TMGT Table 102, Pay/Personnel Data Base (PERS) Download Table, for Disabled Veteran Leave. Upon selecting the new data option, the Disabled Veteran Leave data will be included in the upload file sent to the applicable Agency.

System modifications will be made to allow Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) employees to create/add new 100 documents, Discretionary Allotment, for non-Federal TSP loans.
