1049737	EmpowHR Manager Self Service (MSS)/Manager PAR Request (MPR) Component Modification	The View Attachment button on the Manager PAR Request page is being removed until a document has been uploaded into EmpowHR. Once a document has been uploaded, all subsequent approvers will have the View Attachment button available.
