MANPAY 20-01, Start of Dual Rate Lump Sum Payments

Summary

The National Finance Center (NFC) has started processing transactions to pay dual rate lump sum annual leave to eligible employees resulting from the 2020 cost-of-living allowance adjustment. NFC will issue another bulletin upon completion of this project.

Agencies are encouraged to access the Web-based Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS Web) to check the status of a specific employee's payment or view payment-specific details.

For additional information, users can access the SPPS Web procedure manual. To view this procedure, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC Home page. At the HR and Payroll Client page, select the Publications tab and select the Manual Pay Processing publication category to access the SPPS Web procedure manual.
