Summary

System modifications will be made to the Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) Web to add Contact Person fields on the Add Adjustment page.

Add new fields on the Add Adjustment page.

Implementations

SPPS Web will be modified to add Contact Person Fields (Last Name, First Name, Phone Number, and Email Address) on the Add Adjustment page. These fields will be required when authorized Agency users process requests in SPPS Web for manual payments and adjustments.

SPPS Web will automatically notify the user with a system-generated email upon completion of the transaction once it has been processed.

Example of email:

Your request entered through SPPS Web for (Employee Name) has been completed. Please verify the completed request. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. If there are any questions in reference to the above-mentioned request, please call the NFC Contact Center at 1-855-NFC4GOV (1-855-632-4468).
