BILL 19-01, ABCO Third Party Debts Added to the Employee Personal Page (EPP)

Summary

Modifications have been made to the Employee Personal Page (EPP) and the EPP Sample Page to separate third party debts from Administrative Billings and Collections (ABCO) debts. A new tab, Third Party Debts, has been added under the Personal Info tab to display outstanding third party debts.

The following third party garnishments (receipt accounts) are listed under the new Third Party Debts page:

Child Support/Alimony
Bankruptcy
Educational Loan
Payroll Agreement
Commercial Garnishment
Tax Levy

All ABCO related debts will remain under the Debt Management page.

Note: The new Third Party Debts tab will be visible only to employees with these debts.

Implementation

To View the Third Party Debts page in EPP:

Select Third Party Debts under Personal Info on the EPP home page. The Third Party Summary Statement will be displayed with a list of debts.
Select the View Details icon for the applicable bill number and type to view the specific details. This is a view-only page.
