FMS desires to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. A key portion of our success is based on building strong partnerships with our customer Agencies. These partnerships allow us to solicit continual feedback and use this for continued process improvement. We believe that communication is the key to success.
Each of our customer Agencies will be asked to complete a formally issued customer satisfaction survey each year. FMS will develop and report back to Agencies the specific process improvement plans and mitigation strategies needed to enhance customer satisfaction.
