Reimbursable Management Services

The FMS team administers the reimbursable management activity on behalf of our customer Agencies. We establish the authority within the financial system, track costs, and collect payments for each Federal Agency trading partner where there is an established interagency agreement (IAA). Our team will set up the order, prepare the invoice, process the collection, and reconcile to the IAA. Once the agreement has ended, we will process the closeout entries. Our advisors are also available to resolve any outstanding issues, or to process advance payments or refunds, if needed.
