Intragovernmental Transaction Services

The FMS experts process the IPAC payments and collections for each of our customer Agencies. Our team of specialists ensures that all IPAC transactions charged to the customer Agency Location Codes (ALC) are appropriately downloaded from Treasury and properly recorded in the general ledger. We also provide extensive coordination and assistance to customer Agencies in matching each payment and collection transaction in suspense to the appropriate obligation and billing document. This activity allows us to clear our customer Agency’s suspense accounts, and assists with the goal of achieving and maintaining “green” on the President’s scorecard for each Agency.
