Optional Implementation Services

The first four months of your Agency implementation services are offered as part of your flexible financial core system. Additional post production supports can provide the same level of support for an extended period of time. Some Agencies see a greater impact of the change and wish to continue production support services for a longer duration of time.

End User Training

During implementation, trainer approach is offered where FMS trains a cadre of trainers from customers, who in turn offer training to the Department’s end users. If so desired, clients may procure end user training services from FMS where FMS will provide the trainers and will conduct training to the end users. FMS is flexible in how this delivery occurs and discussions are expected to define the scope so that appropriate fees can be applied for this end user training service.
