	MASC Table 086, DFIS Account Number, has been modified to allow for input of an additional value of F (Federal Trading Partner) in the indicator field. This change to MASC is necessary to allow for the selection of specified values by the FACTS1 transmission program for the reporting of FACTS1 data to Treasury. The MASC procedure, which is available online at the NFC Web site, has been updated to include the information in this bulletin. The Latest Update Information section at the beginning of the procedure provides a summary of the update. To view and/or print this procedure, go to the NFC home page (www.nfc.usda.gov) and click the Pubs & Forms icon. At the Pubs & Forms page left-hand menu, click the List by Acronym/Name or List by Title/Chapter, then search for Title 4, Chapter 4 or MASC on the list provided.
