Maintenance Schedule for December 13, 2024

The NFC and DISC will conduct system maintenance on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. through Monday, December 16, 2024, until 10:00 a.m.

• The Linux and Windows environments may have intermittent connectivity on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. due to Server Engineering Group monthly server patching requirements.
• Control-M will be unavailable during the migration and update of Control-M on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
• The Mainframe will be unavailable on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 4:45 p.m. until 10:45 p.m. due to DISC and OSC maintenance activities.

Operations and Security Center (OSC) will remain available throughout the entire maintenance period. To reach the OSC please call 1-800-767-9641. All times are stated in Central Time.
