Maintenance Schedule for November 16, 2024

The NFC will conduct system maintenance on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. through Sunday, November 17, 2024, until 12:30 p.m.

• The Linux and Windows environments may have intermittent connectivity on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. due to Server Engineering Group monthly server patching requirements.
• The following applications will not be available on Saturday during Change window On Ares-d and Mars-d: PUDS, CONTROL-M/ENTERPRISE MANAGER, FSDE, KBASE, ITRS, Reporting Center, OFEE, Download Center, TUMS, SALL, STARWEB, FUND, EPP/ESS, PADS, EPP/Mobile, IBILL, EPP/Demo, DPRW, EPPA, HIPS, ETHICS, TIPS, and ETHTRACK.
• The following schedules may be impacted:
  1. All CTRL-M schedules.
  2. EmpowHR processes scheduled
  3. Reporting Center/EPP scheduled processes
• On TIPSPDDB-D, the following applications will not be available during change window: Tribal insurance processing system will not be available during this change window. DPRW ( Direct premium remittance system web portal) will not be available.
• On ZETA-D, the following application will not be available during change window: WEBTA Validation function will not be available.
• The Mainframe will be unavailable on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 10:45 p.m. due to DISC and OSC maintenance activities.
