Maintenance Schedule for May 18, 2024

The NFC will conduct system maintenance on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 10:45 p.m.

• The Linux and Windows environments may have intermittent connectivity on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Due to system maintenance, the EmpowHR application will be unavailable on Saturday, May 18, 2024, beginning at 6:00 a.m. Customers will not be able to access the application during this time.
• A DISC maintenance project will be performed to Install PKZip 17.2 to production on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
• The Mainframe will be unavailable on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 10:45 p.m. due to DISC and OSC maintenance activities.

The Operations and Security Center (OSC) will remain available throughout the entire maintenance period. To reach the OSC please call 1-800-767-9641. All times are stated in Central Time.
