Maintenance Schedule for April 05, 2024

The NFC will conduct system maintenance on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until Saturday, April 6, 2024, 10:45 p.m.

• The Linux and Windows environments will be available during the entire maintenance period.
• The ServiceNow Team is conducting a Customer Service Management implementation with CSM to Update Set uploads to Production environment, Friday, April 5, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. through Saturday, April 6, 2024 until 5:00 p.m.
• The Mainframe will be unavailable on Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 10:45 p.m. due to DISC maintenance activities.

The Operations and Security Center (OSC) will remain available throughout the entire maintenance period. To reach the OSC please call 1-800-767-9641. All times are stated in Central Time.
