The NFC will conduct system maintenance on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 6:00 a.m. until 10:45 p.m.

• The Linux and Windows environments may have intermittent connectivity on April 22, 2023, from 6:00 a.m., until 5:00 p.m., due to Server Engineering Group monthly server patching requirements.
• ServiceNow will be unavailable on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., due to Service Now Upgrade from Rome to San Diego.
• The Mainframe will be unavailable on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:45 p.m. due to DISC and OSC maintenance activities.
• Insight Production database will be unavailable on Sunday, April 22, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m., due to April OS patching.
